SPOT Prediction - Multiple Input:

Upload a csv-file that contains the columns "Protein" and "Metabolite".

• Entries in the column "Protein" should contain a string with the amino acid sequence of an enzyme.
• Entries in the column "Metabolite" should contain either a SMILES string, KEGG Compound ID, or InChI string.
  Please note that the prediction accuracy is only high for metabolites that were present in our training set (you can download a full list here).
